Emmanuel Olawale, Esq.
Emmanuel Olawale is a trial lawyer, who has successfully litigated several workers compensation, personal injury and other civil cases to verdict before juries and judges, even cases considered stale and/or difficult.  He has also successfully argued before the appellate court with published written opinion.  Additionally, Emmanuel has successfully negotiated and settled hundreds of cases out of court, thereby getting monetary compensations and obtaining needed resolutions for clients.

Emmanuel Olawale graduated with Honors from the City University of New York, College of Staten Island; he received his Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Liberal Arts and Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Communication, Media studies and Journalism. He received his Juris Doctorate degree at Capital University Law School, Columbus, Ohio.

Emmanuel is a recipient of several academic, leadership and scholarship awards such as The Emerging Leaders’ Award (2001, 2002), Who’s Who Among Students in American Universities and Colleges (2001, 2002), Award for Academic Excellence (2002); CALI Excellence of the Future Award (2003, 2004), Excellence in Appellate Advocacy Award (2004), Dean’s scholarship (2002-2005), David White Scholarship. Emmanuel was also inducted into The Order of the Curia, a Law School honorary society.

Over the course of practicing, he has helped several clients to obtain immigrant and non-immigrant visas, Family-based visas, Employment-based visas, Green cards, Employment Authorizations, Naturalization and citizenship, J-1 waivers, Asylum and other immigration benefits. He has prevented numerous clients from getting deported or removed from the United States. He is also experienced in contract drafting, contract review, business formation, representing churches, religious and non-profit organizations.

He participates in community outreach programs and volunteers free legal services to the underprivileged, he acts as mentors to students and youths.  He is also a motivational speaker and provides his legal expertise at seminars, workshops and conferences.

Emmanuel is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association, Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio Association for Justice.
